As autumn ignored my petition and came anyway, it’s dark and it’s grey so my colour searching has gone up a notch. I need more colour to balance out the 26 shades of grey I’m currently seeing out of my window.
So with that in mind, check out today’s dinky lil workspace.
Simplicity rocks doesn’t it? We’ve got a simple desk with good useful space (nobody wants a stingy desk do they?) and handy drawers – but what drew me to this perfectly formed space was the use of colour. Perfect application for the colour shy or shade nervous.
Bring your neutral workspace to life by introducing little bits of one colour across the area, then choose another colour and repeat. Most spaces will stick to two or three colours but hey rules are made to be broken right? If you love it, leave it at two if not, keep going until you’re happy!
