Going for gold – silver and bronze

What kind of blogger would I be if I didn’t acknowledge the Olympics?! The spectacle that was London 2012, the awesome athletes in all their gut busting, medal winning, lazy person (me) inspiring, glory. Wasn’t it fun?!

I will freely admit that in the run up to the Games I was one of the cynical people wishing I’d been able to book a holiday and get as far away as possible, but I’m happy to say I was well and truly won over. It was an incredible time filled with triumph, spirit and strength – fabulous.

As most of us had to be content with just watching the winners collect their medals, and are likely to never get near one in real life – I thought I’d show you how to get a bit of champion-like colour in your life.

If you do decide to purchase any of these or anything similar, do feel free to stand on a step/stool/sturdy box and hold your item aloft like the champion you are (and don’t forget to take a picture and send it to me hehe).
