To say that the start of this year has not gone to plan would be grossly understating.
I’m not one to make concrete, unwavering plans because I know too well what life is like, but I do make lists (remember) of things I want/need to get done by a certain time. As of January 23, nothing. Has. Been. Done.
There was a three day hospital stay (not for me and fortunately the patient is now fit and well again, hurrah!). I was ko’d by some very evil germs that put me out of action for a few days, and I’m not even going to mention the snow and all the disruption that’s brought with it *and exhale*.
Having said all that haha, I’m not one to wring my hands and wail, woe is not me – life is what it is right? Yes? Good. So I’ve decided to take a deep breath and start again.
2013, for me, begins now.
This image has nothing to do with anything but it’s beautiful and you know I couldn’t leave without giving you something pretty to look at. Every element of that room is perfection.
